Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, born with a superior olfactory sense, creates the world's finest perfume. His work, however, takes a dark turn as he searches for the ultimate scent.
Perfume is a fantastic movie, but it has to be seen to be enjoyed. I didn't know what I was getting into when I had first watched it, but I was drawn to the poster. It's fantastic. By the end credits, though, I found that I loved the film. It had to be one of the most original movies I've ever seen. A visually descriptive movie about scent is something I don't think has ever been done and it's been done so well.
It is a little more than two hours long and if you're enjoying the movie. You barely notice it, but when you watch with other people who don't feel the same, you'll notice its length. But because I like you and I want you to be aware of Perfume, I'll do you a favor. Below I've posted the trailer, which unfortunately gives away the movie. If you choose to watch it, you'll get the gist of what I'm saying, but you will spoil the experience you would get going in blindly. You'll also save yourself about 2hrs. Sooo...
The choice is yours:
