If I had seen the poster, I would have skipped this flick.
White Crane(carradine) is a badass who understands how the darkness of revenge can entrap a person. He was not accepted in his youth so he learned to be feared instead. After being a attacked and left for dead,
however, White Crane seeks vengeance.
After the first scene, I thought this movie was going to be awesome. I mean, David Carradine, kung fu, revenge. How could it suck? But suck it did my friend. I'm not too sure this movie knew what it was or where it wanted to go. It transitioned at times from a dojo pic to a kung fu gangster movie to a movie about stopping a guy with a bio weapon.
Kung Fu Killer is a lot longer than it needs to be and in between fight scenes, this movie gets pretty boring. I did appreciate that they took the time to set up/execute the plot, but it takes so long to deliver. By the time you reach the final battle, you're thrilled, because the movie is soon at its end. Overall, its another David Carradine film with awesome karate scenes. Outside of that, not much is going for it.
Violence? Not three minutes into the movie, and the Mongolian army shows up with guns blazing.
Explosions? Yes
Nudity? No.
