Hands down, one of the best (Man) shows you may or may not be watching.
Spartacus is a show that dudes have been waiting for, and it has just enough (ie drama/eye-candy) to keep women interested as well. Its violent, its bloody, there's sex, and in short it lives in excess.
As the story unfolds, we follow Spartacus as he goes from betrayed and conquered Thracian to Roman gladiator. John Hanna (The Mummy) plays as Spartacus' master and has plans to ride his fame to a senate seat. Lucy Lawless (Xena) is his wife on the show, and she's every bit as cunning and devious as her husband.

The rest of the cast play their performances well, and they keep the series level when there are no fights. As the series progresses, each episode builds on the intensity of the previous one and it ultimately culminates in a fantastically bloody ending.
I don't mean to build it up, but check the trailer and give it a shot. If that doesn't do it, watch it for the boobs and the sex. You might get hooked from there.

Violence? Fuck. Yes.
Explosions? No. No explosions in ancient Greece
Nudity? Guaran-fuckin-teed. You can expect a nipple or two at the least every episode.
