The plot (courtesy of IMDB):
In the year 2019, a plague has transformed most every human into vampires. Faced with a dwindling blood supply, the fractured dominant race plots their survival; meanwhile, a researcher works with a covert band of vamps on a way to save humankind.
Meh.
But truthfully, this movie was better than I thought it would be. I liked a few of
their ideas. The design of the vampires, the blood farming machine and
the idea of a world run by vampires all did just enough to make the movie work.
Also, the vampire feast scene towards the end was hilarious. With
that being said, the movie was just on the good side of mediocre. The
plot was thin, but it works if you view this as a good B-Flick.
Watch it with friends or a female preferably, because there is really no reason why you should be watching this alone.
Violence? Yep. Although they are vampires, they are still civilized vampires. So they use weapons.
Explosions? Only when they are exposed to sunlight or struck with wooden stakes
Nudity? You can just catch titty when they show the human farming scenes. Outside of that, expect male nudity.
