In this 1930s propaganda film turned cult classic, a group of teens seduced by the power of pot take a few puffs and become degenerates.
At the start of the film, there's a disclaimer that basically states that marijuana is the devil and it is the hope of the film to get you to understand how evil it is.
This movie plays exactly how I would think a propaganda film would and they really go for it. Did you know that Marijuana can cause complete insanity AND errors in time and space?

Reefer Madness was used to paint marijuana as the ultimate evil, even worse than narcotics, yet they have a guy setting up a pot head for murder in the same film! How did they redeem themselves? Well it turns out that that guy was driven completely insane by the scourge of marijuana. (Clever writing. I can appreciate that.)
It's useful as a history lesson; A look back on the mindset and culture of the earlier years of anti-pot culture. They were really against the stuff and people would believe anything you told them back then. Outside of all that, I'd skip this film.
Violence? Eh
Explosions? No
Nudity? No
